Hello! My name is Erin and I am the proud owner and baker of The Frosted Dachshund, an at-home bakery in Pittsford, NY.
I grew up outside of Detroit, MI and ever since marrying my wonderful husband in 1998, my life has been a whirlwind of traveling, adventure, and chaotic messes courtesy my 5 rambunctious children. Baking has always been a passion of mine. For each birthday, holiday, graduation, and special event my family has celebrated I've done my best to create something delicious to remember the day by. That's over 20 years of practicing!
We relocated to Rochester, NY in 2014 and have established a place we're proud to call home. My kitchen is now permanently covered in a layer of flour and sugar and my husband and children have become skilled taste testers.
