
Orders are preferred to be placed at least 14 days in advance. Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may be subjected to additional fees.
Great care goes into creating my custom orders so changes must be made at least 5 days before pickup. Extra fees may apply depending on changes. I strive to match design and colors requested but slight variations may happen due to artistic differences and ingredient availability.
Orders canceled within 5 days of pickup are non-refundable as ingredients and materials have already been purchased. Please contact me within 24 hours of pick up with any issues so I can make it right for you.
Pickup times are scheduled in advance. Please arrive at your agreed pick up time to ensure product freshness and availability. If you're running late, I totally understand but please let me know as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of agreed time with no communication will be forfeited.
My kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While I take care to prevent cross contamination, I can't guarantee allergen-free products.
Cakes should be kept refrigerated up until about 1-2 hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers. Never put cakes in direct sun/heat as buttercream frosting melts. Cookies are less temperamental and can be kept at room temperature.
Once the order is picked up, I am not responsible for any damage due to mishandling, transport or improper storage.
Payments can be made via credit card with a link on my invoice, Venmo or by cash/check; all payable upon pick up of order. For orders larger than $200 a downpayment of 50% will be required at time of booking.
